           Enjoy every bite. The fastest way to lose motivation is to eat food you don't like. Become a tasty-healthy food sleuth; try new recipes; find a good cookbook and/or a great class.  Love every bite you eat and you will stay motivated to eat much less.
           Schedule exercise for yourself on a regular basis, at least 3 times a week, at least 45 minutes each time. Sneak exercise where you can, such as taking stairs instead of elevators and parking at the end of the parking lot to give you walking time, Be aware of your daily activities and where you can sneak exercise.
